If you change your mind, items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if:

•    You have proof of purchase* 
•    Items are genuine Serendipity Jewelry Items
•    Items were purchased in an Australia
•    Items are in saleable condition
•    Items are returned within 30 days

 

*Proof of purchase in the form of a gift receipt, will be eligible for an exchange, or refund onto a Serendipity Jewelry Gift Card. 

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If the original form of payment is not available, you will have a choice of a refund onto a Serendipity Jewelry Gift Card or a product exchange.

 

Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, limit or override your rights under that law. ONLINE PURCHASES:
•    Items purchased online may be returned to 42 Brahman Road Box Hill NSW 2765, Australia. Please visit www.serendipityjewelry.com.au for full online store terms and conditions. 
•    If you have purchased online using Apple Pay or PayPal, we will gladly offer you a full refund after returning the products in perfect condition including the packaging.

 

ENGRAVED ITEMS
Serendipity Jewelry do not offer exchanges or refunds for engraved products if you change your mind and later decide you don’t like or want the product. Our change of mind policy does not apply to engraved products.

 

FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your items are faulty, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the terms of Serendipity Jewelry’s Warranty provided with your purchase and under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT REPAIRS
Serendipity Jewelry does not provide repair facilities or spare parts, or offer any repair to any Serendipity Jewelry product. Serendipity Jewelry will offer a replacement or refund for genuine Serendipity Jewelry items exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period subject to certain conditions and exclusions. If you have purchased a genuine Serendipity Jewelry item which is defective, you can choose to have it repaired elsewhere during the Warranty Period and Serendipity Jewelry will pay you reasonable costs of the repair.

You have other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Serendipity Jewelry’s Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, limit or override your rights under that law.

 

 

HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THE MONEY TO BE CREDITED

 

Post within 10 days of receipt of your pre-paid post label.

Please allow 14 business days for your return to make it back to Serendipity Jewelry.

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item(s) have been received and processed.
